AIRTEC: LTT unveils new training products for supplier industry

Workshop "Configuration Management – according to EN 9100"

Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) will be unveiling new training products from its Aviation Maintenance Management Program at AIRTEC 2011. The new additions to LTT's portfolio of training courses include "Managing Aviation Maintenance & Repair Organization", "Managing Continuing Airworthiness Organization", "Aviation Supplier, MRO and CAMO Auditor Training" and "Lean Maintenance Systems".

At the joint exhibition booth (Hall 11, booth F109) shared by LTT and AviationPower, the personnel service provider for aviation, LTT will be giving out information about the new training products from its Maintenance Management Program for the supplier industry as well as on all the other standard products from its wide range of service offerings. In addition, in collaboration with airtec, LTT will be running an English language workshop entitled "Configuration Management - according to the latest revision of EN 9100" on 2
November.

"Under the revised version of EN 9100 every supplier is stringently required to implement configuration management in its organization. The workshop that LTT will be running at AIRTEC will inform participants about goals and fundamentals plus essential elements of the new requirements regarding the operational quality management system of supplier organizations. Practical examples will be used in the workshop to illustrate how to implement and introduce the requirements."

Lufthansa Technical Training's workshop will be held on 2 November 2011, from 9.30 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5.30 pm in the afternoon.
