Customer Survey 2019

In the second quarter of this year, Lufthansa Technical Training repeatedly conducted a survey on the perception of the company. In addition to colleagues at Lufthansa Technik, who are involved in the conception, planning and commissioning of aviation technical training services, decision-makers in the Lufthansa Group and external market were also invited to participate in the online survey.

Lufthansa Technical Training is glad to learn that in almost all asked criteria, an improvement in comparison to the survey conducted in 2017 were proven. Often the high competence and the great personal commitment of the instructors was appreciated. Three quarters of the respondents even see Lufthansa Technical Training as their first contact for aviation technical training.

Lufthansa Technical Training still needs to improve in terms of flexibility, e.g. synchronization of training requests and options, especially in case of disruptions, as well as the availability of training solutions for new aircraft types.

The result is already in line with the measures Lufthansa Technical Training is working on in the fields of action of the company.
