On February 29th, we bid farewell to the first class of "Basic Aviation Technicians" in Lisbon. The program, developed in collaboration with one of our customers and Lufthansa Technik, aimed to qualify technical personnel for Base Maintenance. The graduation ceremony was a special moment, and the trainees expressed their gratitude for the opportunity we provided them. In March, they commenced their work in Budapest and Malta. During a one-week "Look & See Trip," they had the chance to meet their future colleagues and make initial preparations for their relocation. In April, we will gather feedback together with our colleagues on-site to incorporate the experiences into the qualification program for future classes. We look forward to continued collaboration!
