On June 17, the Mobile Learning System (MLS) was introduced to instructors from Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich during a cross-location launch event.

With MLS, apprentices will gain access to digital learning content and training materials through a central platform. The system supports standardized learning and vocational training processes across locations while strengthening the connection between theoretical and practical training. The 2026 apprentice cohort will be the first to work entirely with the Mobile Learning System throughout their vocational training. Introduced in close cooperation with the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau, MLS also provides the foundation for the continued development of vocational training at Lufthansa Technical Training.
